What services are not provided in active adult living?
You will not find medical assistance, transportation, or meals, but our friendly team will be happy to assist you with locating these services as needed.
How much does it cost to apply?
$60 per person
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Yes, you can request, but you have to sign a lease to hold apartment.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

Are there parking options available?
Yes! We have free-off street parking available for all residents. We also offer attached garages as well as underground parking. Please contact our leasing office for pricing information.

Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, the apartments are internet/cable ready. There is not a separate charge. To set it up, you set up a username and password with provider.

Yes! We allow dogs and cats. Our community also features a dog park.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is only allowed outside
How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?
It is a 30 minute commute from Attivo Trail Ankeny to the Des Moines International Airport
Are there restrictions on home services?
You can continue services that you can or already have in your home. (Therapies, cleaning, medical assistance, pet services, etc.)

The community is very walkable and bikeable.
Are the apartments furnished?
No, the apartments are not furnished. They do come equipped with stainless-steel appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The apartments were built in 2023. No renovations have been done.
